Kathy and Gil share a gift with an orphan in Russia.

Last month our children at HighPoint were invited to share in blessing children in Russia. As Kathy Russell prepared for her trip, she wanted to see the kids she works with at HighPoint get to participate in some way.   After sharing pictures and other information about the trip, children were encouraged to participate through the weekly offering.  We would use it to buy a special gift for kids in the Russian orphanage.  In about 5 weeks we raised more than $160 dollars!    The Russells carefully considered, and found a gift that would be fun but also meet a practical need.   They purchased brand new supplies for camping, which is one of the fun activities the kids can do.

Just wanted to share the report, and the good news of how our kids at HighPoint reached out to other kids on the other side of the world!
