Serve our Homeless Brothers and Sisters…

Our Hearts for the Homeless ministry at Highpoint is still going strong, and is focusing on things that will help our brothers and sisters in need have an easier summer season.  You may help in the following ways:

1) Bring your plastic bags to the Highpoint lobby donation boxes.  We are working on recycling these bags into beautiful crochet totes, and providing them to the community as needed.  If you’d like to help crochet the plastic bags, just contact us at, and we will connect you to the ministry in charge of this activity.

2) Bring summer hats to the Highpoint lobby donation boxes to be given to the homeless.   In the hot summer sun, the shade of a hat can make a huge difference for someone spending time outdoors, and can be a huge blessing.

These are easy ways to involve your children, neighbors, and friends in caring for those who are struggling.  At Highpoint, we are a home of help, hope, and healing…and we want to bring these characteristics to our community whenever possible.  Please help as you are able, and know that your actions make an impact in the life of another.
