Suicide Awareness Night Sept 19

At  Highpoint we use the words “You are not alone” over and over.  In fact, it’s one of our core values and is reflected in the many ministries and activities we support.  Since September is Suicide Prevention Month, our Celebrate Recovery and Youth ministries have teamed up to host an evening of information to ensure that no one feels alone- whether dealing with their own mental health concerns, or that of a loved one, colleague, or friend.

Join us on Wednesday, September 19th from 6:30-8:00pm at the Highpoint Fellowship Main building, 600 W New Hope Rd, for an informational event focused on providing support and resources to our community.  This is a “come and go” event,  and we will have speakers from Amare Outreach beginning at 7pm. The speakers and resource groups will address suicide in a way that will provide personal support or education to support another who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts.

One conversation can save a life.
